Invitation letters are sent to assist in acquiring the necessary visa and/or documentation needed for gaining access into the United States. It is not intended to constitute an agreement or commitment by Christian International to cover registration fees, housing, meals, travel or other expenses incurred while attending the conference. It is our standard policy that no alterations will be made as to the general content of the letter.
Please note that invitation letters can only be processed online via email.
We DO NOT forward a copy of the invitation letter to the American Embassy.

WARNING: We have learned that some persons/groups who claim to represent Christian International are offering to sell travel packages to Christian International conferences. They are targeting overseas visitors. Christian International does NOT sell package deals. If you receive a solicitation claiming to be from CI that is trying to sell you hotel accommodations, food and/or transportation, it is fraud.
For your protection, please make all transportation and accommodation arrangements directly with the airline and hotel or rental agency, or from a reputable travel agent. The only expenses you will pay directly to CI your registration fee and any optional on-campus meals or products you choose to purchase – all of which may be paid after your arrival. If you have more information about any such scams, please let us know.
